Located in central Taiwan, Alishan is a renowned high-mountain tea-growing region, known for its cool, mist-covered slopes and pristine natural environment.

Situated at elevations between 1,000 and 1,600 meters, the tea farms here benefit from a unique combination of cool temperatures, abundant rainfall, and rich, well-drained soil. These conditions produce tea leaves with a remarkable balance of sweetness, floral notes, and depth.

A luxurious blend with a floral, creamy, fruity aroma that tantalizes the senses.  Hand-harvested from high-altitude tea gardens, each sip reveals complex notes of buttery sweetness and a refreshing finish, making it a perfect choice for tea enthusiasts seeking an elevated experience.

Harvest: Hand-harvested, small batch, from Alishan, Taiwan in Fall 2024.

Elevation: 1500m

Brewing Guide: 

  • 8g of tea in 10 ounces of water.
  • Steep for 4 minutes.
  • Adjust to taste.

The leaves can be brewed 3-4 times.

  • Our partner tea garden is a cornerstone of artisanal tea production in Taiwan. Founded in 1985 by Lin Liang-Chih and his wife, Guo Chun-mei, this family-run tea garden is nestled in the alpine region of Shizhuo, Nantou. With altitudes of 1000 to 1600 meters and a unique climate that includes cool summers, high humidity, and significant temperature variation, the region cultivates teas with a mellow and rich flavor profile.

    The owner manages the entire tea production process, from natural farming to harvesting, refining, and baking, ensuring exceptional quality and traceability. Their commitment to innovation includes pioneering pesticide-free testing and sustainable farming methods. Beyond tea production, the farm offers immersive experiences like tea-picking and guided tours, celebrating Taiwan's tea heritage. As a valued partner, Lin Yuan helps us deliver authentic, high-quality, award-winning teas that reflect the craftsmanship and tradition of their origin.
