For Spice and Tea Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your spices or teas, please reach out to us at support@livingrootsusa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to food safety protocols, we cannot accept returns on any spice or tea items. 

For Non-Food Item Returns

For non-food items such as Wares and Merchandise, you can request a return within 30 days. Please email us at support@livingrootsusa.com, and we will provide a return label. Items must be returned in their original, like-new condition for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kindly let us know the reason for your return to help us improve our service.
